For biogas and biomethane plants

More gas per tonne, from streams your competitors are not seeing.

I search European markets for concentrated co-substrates and check them before they reach you. You decide with the analysis, the paperwork and the delivered price on the table.

What you can expect from me

  • Feedstocks in the medium and high energy class, not low-yield bulk
  • An analysis or datasheet for every stream I propose
  • The legal status, EWC code where relevant, and certification such as ISCC
  • A clear note if a stream is of animal origin, before you spend time on it
  • A delivered price per tonne, so you can compare it with your current mix
  • One point of contact for supplier, documents and transport

How I judge whether a stream is worth bringing in

The rule I work by is simple: purchase price plus transport plus handling has to stay below what the material is worth in your digester. I look at that per tonne and per cubic metre of methane, because a cheap tonne with little gas in it is not cheap.

Next to energy content I check what can cause trouble in practice: salts, sulphur, nitrogen, chloride, pH, consistency between loads and whether the material is pumpable.

Tell me what you need

The more I know about your plant, the better I can filter. Useful are your location, the type of feedstock you can take (liquid or solid), the volume, any restrictions such as no animal by-products, and from when you want to start.
